- Giving us a great brief. Outline exactly what needs to be achieved for the target audience. We can easily work out what can and can’t be done within the budget.
- Giving us access to people with insights. The branding process for PMP benefited enormously from workshops with the team that allowed us to gather values and insights.
- Choosing quality over quantity. A brand or website or brochure doesn’t have to be all things to all people, it can be one or two things to a small group of people and it can give them those things in a highly engaging, high quality way.
- Giving us a bit of time. We can’t bang out a website in a day… well, we could but it would be crap. Just like you’d give a printing house 4 weeks lead time, give us, or any design agency you choose a nice amount of time to do your project justice.
- Handing over the design process and having faith in our expertise. Similar to the example of Pharmaceutical and Medical Professionals who left the design to us. It is in our interests to do quality work that we can all be proud of and be happy to show-off to our customers and competitors!

Challenge Your Designer

PMP gave us a terrific brief for their brand so we knew the tone and look to aim for. We like getting the opportunity to brainstorm and come up with concepts and be challenged. Of course, PMP had the budget for this kind of situation, obviously not every client is going to have a budget that allows the time for activities like this. However, a client with any sized budget can still challenge us creatively by doing a few things…
