eBrands is proud to announce our sponsorship of The 100% Project’s ‘Men@Work’ event on Monday, June 27th.

As the promotion of gender equality now appears as a key element in all the “Employee Value Propositions” briefs eBrands receives, when the opportunity to be involved in an event like this arose, we were more than happy to get on board. The output of this research will be incorporated in our own learnings and applied to our clients EVP positioning going forward.

The 100% Project is focused on gender inequality in the workplace and how it impacts both men and women. Based on findings from The 100% Project’s Men@Work research, the organisation is holding a ‘Men@Work’ event, centred around a discussion of three main points:

– What do men think about their roles at work and at home?
– Is work-life balance something only women want?
– What is the unconscious bias preventing equality initiatives?

These issues will be discussed by a panel facilitated by Frances Feenstra, Director of People Measures and includes panel members:

– Rhonda Brighton-Hall, former EGM of Human development at The Commonwealth Bank and AHRI Board Member
– Rob Warren, Partner at KPMG
– Jane Counsel, Senior Diversity Consultant
– Cecelia Herbert, Diversity and Inclusion Manager (APAC) at Google
– Mike Tanner, Director of The 100% Project.

We hope you’ll attend and if you’re interested in finding out more about The 100% Project, please visit their website
